What the flag means here
One part of this build touches money, people you have not met, or details about you that are private. Check in with an adult before that part. The rest you can start right now.
Do this
Your 24-Hour Build
Take one decision you have been avoiding. Fill four boxes: Facts / Values / Downside / Reviewer. Set a decision time within 24 hours if the choice is low-risk; otherwise ask an adult first.
An adult does not only mean a parent or guardian. A teacher, a coach, a librarian, a youth worker or a sibling over 18 all count. Pick the one you would actually tell the truth to.
Going around the gate is the failure, not the clever move. And if the person you ask says no, that is information about timing — not about you.
The Reality Check
Reality Check
Urgency is a common manipulation tactic. Never send money, sign terms, share ID, meet strangers, or promote financial products without a parent or guardian and appropriate professional advice.

If there is nobody to ask right now
Green · this version needs no adult
Run the four boxes on a decision that costs no money, involves nobody you have not met, and can be undone — which project to finish first, which thing to drop. Decisions with money, contracts or strangers in them keep the book's 24-hour rule and keep their adult.
This is not a way around the gate. It is a smaller build that does not need one, so that having nobody to ask today does not end the ninety days. The full version is still there when the person is.
Start the clock
The book does not put a time on this one. 20 minutes is this site's default first step — short enough to start, long enough to make something.
This build is meant to take 20 minutes. The timer on this page needs JavaScript — any clock does the same job.

Marking a build done is kept in this browser, never sent anywhere. Print or copy your receipt to keep it for good.
Your proof
One line about what exists now that did not exist before you started. Not how good it looked — what it is. Write it before or after you mark the build done; the order does not matter.
This box needs JavaScript to keep anything. You can still write in it and print the page, or write your proof in your own notes — which lasts longer than a browser does anyway.

Keeping it
Everything you tick or type here is kept in this browser and goes nowhere else. Browsers throw this kind of storage away on their own, and a shared school laptop clears it at sign-out, so the copy you print or paste into your own notes is the record that lasts.
