Every build in the book
The 19 Builds
One build per chapter, plus four from the rest of the book. Start with the page you are holding, or with the time you have.
19 builds
01
How To Use This Book
Start a folder today called REAL RICH RECEIPTS. Put every piece of evidence from this book inside it. At the end, your folder should tell a better story than your follower count.
02
Dream Big
Write your one-line dream and one 30-day proof. Then spend 20 minutes creating the first visible piece of evidence. Do not optimize it. Do not announce an empire. Make version one.
03
Believe It
Write one becoming statement. Complete one action that proves it. Tonight, log exactly what you did - not how impressive it looked.
04
Manifest It
Run one 60-second process visualization. Include a mistake and recovery. Then complete ten minutes of the physical or digital work connected to it.
05
Level Up
Choose one skill and one 30-day proof project. Spend 25 minutes on the first tutorial or build session, then save a screenshot labeled Day 1.
06
Create Magic
Create one tiny original piece using three ingredients from your life. Set a 30-minute limit. Share it with one safe person and ask one question: "What stayed in your mind?"
07
Game Plan
Write one 12-week outcome and the first three milestones. Choose tomorrow's three tasks. Delete or postpone anything that does not serve the outcome.
08
Boss Decisions
Take one decision you have been avoiding. Fill four boxes: Facts / Values / Downside / Reviewer. Set a decision time within 24 hours if the choice is low-risk; otherwise ask an adult first.
09
Unstoppable
Choose one seven-day streak and define the minimum version. Complete day one now. Put the tracking boxes somewhere you will see them.
10
Squad Goals
Invite one or two people to a 20-minute build call. Bring one goal and ask: "What could we create together in 30 days?" End with one task per person.
11
Fearless
Write one fear ladder with five steps. Complete step one today. Tell one trusted person what the final step is.
12
Money Mindset
Look at your last ten purchases or write down all spending for today. Sort each item into Spend, Save, or Build. Choose one 90-day target and calculate the weekly amount.
13
Vibe Check
Choose your three signal words. Publish or privately share one 30-second idea that matches them. Ask one clear question and write down what returns.
14
Intuition Flow
Write down one idea or decision that keeps returning. Design a test under one hour or ten euros/pounds/dollars. For anything higher-risk, replace the test with a conversation with a trusted adult.
15
Mindful Tech
Turn off non-human notifications for 24 hours. Create one 30-minute Signal block and one 30-minute offline block. Notice the difference in your energy.
16
Real Rich
Create a one-page Real Rich dashboard with six headings: Skills / Health / Time / People / Money / Impact. Score each from 1 to 10. Choose one action for the lowest area.
17
From Skill To First Honest Income
Write your one-sentence offer: "I help [specific person] get [specific result] by [safe method]." Then build or improve one portfolio example today.
18
The 30-Day Tiny Launch
Choose your Day 1 and put it in the calendar now. A launch begins when time is reserved, not when the logo is perfect.
19
Afterword
Before you leave this book, choose one action and put a real time beside it: "At ____ on ____ I will spend 30 minutes building ____." Then send the sentence to your safe witness.
* The book sets no length for that build, so the timer uses the site's standard 20-minute first step.
What the flags mean
Green decisions are low-cost and reversible. Yellow decisions involve public posting, small spending, or contact with new people and require a check-in. Red decisions involve contracts, financial products, travel, identity documents, large payments, or in-person meetings and require direct adult involvement.
The book prints that rule once, for parents and guardians. The flag on each build above is this site applying it — it is not a mark printed beside the build in the book. Race Control explains how a family uses it, and every Reality Check is on one page — sixteen also sit on their build, and three belong to no build at all.
