Hill's Original Idea
Organized Planning
Choose one outcome, map the milestones, and review the plan every week.
The Story
Maya and Noah's project looks like a business from the outside.

Your 24-Hour Build
Your 24-Hour Build
Yellow · check in with an adult first
Write one 12-week outcome and the first three milestones. Choose tomorrow's three tasks. Delete or postpone anything that does not serve the outcome.
This build is meant to take 20 minutes. The timer on this page needs JavaScript — any clock does the same job.
20:00
Marking a build done is kept in this browser, never sent anywhere. Print or copy your receipt to keep it for good.
The book sets no length for this build, so the timer uses a 20-minute first step. The flag applies the family approval system printed on book page 61; it is not a mark the book prints beside each build. Race Control explains it.
If there is nobody to ask right now
Green · this version needs no adult
Set the 12-week outcome on a skill rather than on income — something you can finish without a customer, a payment or a contract. Three milestones and tomorrow's three tasks, exactly as the book has it. Money joins the plan when an adult is planning that part with you.
This is not a way around the gate. It is a smaller build that does not need one, so that having nobody to ask today does not end the ninety days. The full version is still there when the person is.
Reality Check
Reality Check
Red · an adult must be involved
For paid projects, products, customer data, shipping, taxes, or contracts, work with a parent or guardian. A smart plan includes legal and safety checks, not just growth tasks.
